We all need to understand mental wellness and know the strategies and resources to take care of family, friends, neighbors, and ourselves.

We believe strongly that with the knowledge and tools provided in Mental Health First Aid, Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR), and Mental Health Literacy, we learn what to look out for and the questions to ask someone who may be struggling. Cari has been teaching since 2023 and has certified hundreds of people about the importance of listening and understanding. She was even invited to the country of Jordan to share her knowledge with young women and girls to looks forward to more international opportunities.
